 1 fillet of white fillet of any fish

 1 unit of Paprika

 1 unit of Red onion in Cortés fine feathers

 3 units of lemon juice

 1 can of canned baby corn

 1 coriander leaf finely chopped

 1 branch of Celery

 1 teaspoon of olive oil

 1 pinch of Salt and pepper

 Ice

 ½ Mango

How to make Peruvian Ceviche with mango and fish:

Cut our fish fillet into cubes or even dice, taking into account that it does not have bones and if you have a fillet that has them with a tweezers remove them. Then, in a bowl add the fish cubes and add the lemon juice, finely chopped coriander, a celery leaf or branch, salt and pepper. We reserve in the refrigerator or we put ice cubes to keep the fish cold (the success of this dish is to present it and eat it very cold).

Finely chop into feathers, or very thin strips, the purple onion, the very finely chopped red paprika and if we want as an option we can incorporate fine cubes of mango viche preferably into the preparation.

Already previously in the container of the fish fillet we mix and incorporate the sweet corn, the red onion, the paprika and if we want to advise you, again we chop a little more coriander, mix gently and add a drizzle of olive oil and Sift again, squeezing a lemon on top of the preparation.
